Helpers Unlimited is a web based resource for philanthropic agencies designed to assist in the stewardship of community donations. This site uses a two pronged approach to battling the potential abuse of society’s generosity.
First, members of the site will have exclusive access to an online application designed specifically to gather information necessary to help determine if an individual’s need is legitimate and falls within the scope of the organization’s ability to assist.
Secondly, the site is designed to serve as a comprehensive database that will securely store all information entered by a client, as well as, any assistance that may have been rendered. This will give all member organizations the ability to view the assistance history of any individual that may have been previously assisted by another member organization.
We believe this bilateral approach, when used throughout a community, can greatly increase the impact of its residents' kindness and desire to help those in need. It is with that goal in mind that Helpers Unlimited was created.
